Hello Everyone. I'm back with another tough it out Tuesday. Since I don't have any updates on my weight loss. Due to I have gain some weight back. I thought I would share with you all my Garmin Vivofit.
I have been using the Garmin vivofit for a year now. One thing I love about it. Is that you can change the band on the Garmin. Which as you can see all the colors I own up above. Also with the Garmin it set a daily goal.
How it get your goal is. If you made you step the day before. Then you step goal will be a little higher from the day before. If you didn't hit your goal the day before. Then your goal will be a little lower. Most day I hit my step goal. I have a few days that I don't.
The Garmin Vivofit also link with my fitness pal. Which is another thing I will like.
