Hello All. Today I bring you all the first recipe post for 2013. I got this recipe from the Insanity elite nutrition book. Hubby and me had this for dinner last Monday. Over all I thought it tasted good. I love the fast that it is a quick and easy meal to make. Also you can put whatever you want on the side. We went with some asparagus on the side. Since it is my favorite vegetable.

- Hello Everyone. Its a new month so there for it is time for a monthly recipes. Which this month I decide to share with you all my pumpkin roll recipe. That I used to make my pumpkin rolls for Thanksgiving. Also sorry that this post looks funny. I can't figure out how to fix it.
- Also I almost have my Chistmas shopping done. I'm so happy about that. Also I got my Stockingstuffswap gift in the mail today. Which you all will see what I on Friday.
- Ingredients
- 3 eggs,beaten
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons butter,softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- confectioners' sugar for dusting
- Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter or grease one 10x15 inch jelly roll pan.
- In a mixing bowl, blend together the eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and pumpkin. In a separate bowl, mix together flour and baking soda. Add to pumpkin mixture and blend until smooth. Evenly spread the mixture over the prepared jelly roll pan.
- Bake 15 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove from oven and allow to cool enough to handle.
- Remove cake from pan and place on tea towel (cotton, not terry cloth). Roll up the cake by rolling a towel inside cake and place seam side down to cool.
- Prepare the frosting by blending together the butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and vanilla.
- When cake is completely cooled, unroll and spread with cream cheese filling. Roll up again without towel. Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Sprinkle top with confectioners sugar and slice into 8-10 servings.

November Recipe: Stuffed Peppers
Hello Everyone. It is that time again where I share a recipe that I have cooked. Hubby and I love stuffed peppers. We haven't had it in a long time. So we decided to have it for dinner one night last month. I went on my favorite website for recipes. Which it Allrecipes.com. I did make a couple changes to the recipe. Which is I used soy sauce instead of the Worcestershire sauce. Also I used a real onion instead of the powder and made 4 peppers instead of 6. We both had 1 for dinner and then the other one for lunch the next day.

Ingredients
1/4 Cup Mushroom
6oz Chicken Breast Tenders
1/4 Cup Bell Peppers
1/2 Cup Brown Rice
1/2 Broccoli
1/4 Egg White
2 Tablespoon Teriyaki Sauce
Directions
1. Cut up all your veg's and chicken
2. Lightly oil your pan. So the chicken doesn't stick to pan. Then place the cut up chicken in the pan.
3. As the chicken in cooking add you egg whites and scramble them up. Once the eggs and chicken are cook then.
3. Add your mushroom, pepper and broccoli it to pan.
4. Add you 2 tablespoon of teriyaki in the pan.
5. stir and cover the pan with a lid.
6. Once the broccoli is soft its time to eat it.
For the rice I cook mine in a rice cooker. Which takes an hour to cook. So as the rice is cooking. Then when I'm cutting up my veg's and meat.
Hello everyone. So it the 4th of the month and that means it monthly recipe time. For this month recipe it is chicken stir fry. This meal is only 418 calories. Hubby is the one who came up with this recipe. When we were getting sick of eating the same time out of the Insanity cook book. Its pretty easy to cook. I just wish it wouldn't take so long for the rice to cook in the rice cooker. I normal make 4 serving of this. So we both and have it for dinner and lunch the next day.
Since it is my day off today I don't have a full outfit post. What have is mini picture of what I'm wearing. Which is my pj's. Have working 8 days straight I don't feel like getting dress. Plus I don't plan on going any where today. I will be change later to do my last fit test. Since today is the last day of Insanity. Which I have lost a total of 14.6 pounds.

September Recipe: Chicken Meatball
Hello Everyone. Most of you know that I started Insanity last month. So that meant it was time to eat healthier and kick the junk food to the side. So far I have done a whole month of it and am almost done with my 5th week. Which the first week went good and so did the second. When I got to third week. I was tired of eating the same old food. So hubby and I made a couple new recipes that are on the diet. Which that made me feel much better. Yes I have cheated and had a couple junk food items but for the most part sticking to the healthier food opposition. Also the first time I ate junk food after doing insanity for 3 weeks. I was sick to my stomach.

JULY RECIPE: PINK FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, halved
- 1 (16 ounce) package miniature marshmallows
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, oranges, cherries, marshmallows and sour cream together. Chill and serve.

Hello All. So for this month recipe I decide to try out this fruit salad. I normal do something like this for Thanksgiving and Christmas but its a little diffant then this one. So I'm use to making thing like this. I made this for my 4th of July work potluck. Everyone at worked loved it. Also they find it to funny because it was pink.
