Hello Everyone, I'm back with another Tough it on Tuesday post. Today I'm here to give you all my result in my #1000in30 Challenge. Which Erin of Living in Yellow hosted. The challenge was to do 1000 minutes of physical active in June. Which I nailed it. I did a total of 1015 minutes.
I started out the month doing awesome with doing insanity. I ended the month with walking a lot. As most of you know my car got hit on Mother's day. So it was in the shop for 2 weeks. So that meant I had to walk to do my errands. Which was fine with me. It did make it hard to grocery shop. I would just go to the grocery store and buy what I knew I could carry home with me.
Now to break down how I go to my 1015 minutes.
10 minute trainers~ Did this workout 5 time = 50 minutes
Plyometric Cardio~ Did this workout 2 time = 84 minutes
Pure Cardio~ Did this workout 3 time = 120 minutes
Carido Recovery~ Did once = 33 minutes
29 minutes hauling planter and boxes out of the house
10 minute solution belly burn~ Did once = 10 mintues
50 mile walked/ran = minutes-644
Max Recovery~Did this workout once = 45 minutes
I decide that for July that I will not be doing any fitness challenge due to I have a lot going on this month. I will still be working out like I have been for the last 2 month. I have sadly gave up on insanity. Due to I want to get back in to run. I will still be doing fitness update on how things are going. There might not be one this month. Due to it my birthday month and I'm sure I will be cheating a good amount. I will sure being it back for August.
