Hello Everyone. Today I thought I would give you a fitness update and share with you whats in my gym bag. Since I haven't done one since September. That's when I told you all I was doing the half Marathon in Paris. Since then I started my training for the half. I was running outside but then it got to cold out. So I moved to the gym in December to run on the treadmill.
When I started my training for the half I was not eating health and then the holidays came. Which didn't help me at all. I end up going back to my heaviest weight again. This time around I didn't let it brother me. Like I did last year in May. So as of the 1st of this month. I decide to put myself back on the slim fast diet/eating right and give up caffeine. We are 13 days in to the new year and I'm caffeine free. Plus down 3 pounds. My goal for this month is to get down to 140. Which I have 1 more pound to go. Which I know I can do. Since the lowest weight I got to last year was 131. As for my running. I have to work myself up to 9 more mile of running. Which I know I can do.
For my running goal for this year is to run 200 miles. That's 65 miles more then what I did last year. I'm also in a challenge with a group of friends to run 300 miles this year. So we will see if I get it or not. That would be 165 more mile then what I did last year.
I plan on doing this recap monthly. Like I semi did last year.
