Hi, Amy's Fashion Blog readers! I'm Tiffany, and you can find me at Endless Bliss, a happy lifestyle blog where I share my love of life. I talk about my favorite books, my many adventures (and future adventures) and inspiration. If you want to see my awkwardness in action, be sure to check out my YouTube channel. You can also delve into my random thoughts on Twitter and see snapshots of my life on Instagram!
Amy and I have a lot in common, including our love of scarves, dogs, and sparkly nail polish, but one of the things that bonded us from the very beginning is our love of Paris. Both Amy and I had Paris on our bucket list, and both of us were able to cross traveling to Paris off of our bucket lists last year.
Paris is such a beautiful city, and even though I recommend learning the language before you hop on a plane there, I believe everyone should visit at some point in their lives. Whether you love history, food, wine, or just going on adventures, Paris will be a city that's easy to fall in love with. These are five things that I think everyone should experience on a trip to Paris, even though they may seem a bit tourist-y.
HAVE A PICNIC BY THE EIFFEL TOWER
There's a reason this is on so many bucket lists. If I had the time, I would have eaten all of my lunches by the Eiffel Tower. It's such a beautiful tower, and the ambiance around the tower is toxic in the best way. The air is full of bliss, and there are so many smiles everywhere. My picnic by the Eiffel Tower is definitely one of the top three picnics I've ever been on.
VISIT THE LOUVRE
You may think you love museums, but you've never been to the Louvre, then you don't even know what a museum is. Stepping into the Louvre was like stepping into a magical land. There's so much beauty and history all under one roof. It's definitely worth the sore feet you may get while exploring the building.
GO TO THE CATACOMBS
Even though I had to wait in line for three hours, it was still neat to see the collection of skeletons buried under the ground in Paris. It was unbelievably creepy, but also weirdly beautiful.
TAKE A WALK (AND SOME PICTURES) IN LUXEMBOURG GARDENS
Seriously, you could spend hours walking through these gorgeous gardens. They're perfect for having a mini photoshoot or getting comfortable on a bench for some people watching or for curling up with a good book. It's just several hectacres of beauty.
DRINK WINE
I mean, I feel like you should sample wine everywhere you go in Europe. Paris is no exception. Wine is cheaper than water after all.
