Hello Everyone, I'm back with a new recipe of the month. This month I'm sharing with you two types of cookies. I made over the weekend for my Husband monthly pot luck at work. For this pot luck we decide to make chocolate cookie for the first batch. Then at last minute we decide to make a second batch of cookies but use peanut butter chip instead.
Overall these cookies where a hit at my husband work. That he had no left over cookie to bring home. Which I was happy for since I'm watching what I eat. My favorite cookie out of these two. Were the peanut butter chip cookies.
Side note: You bake the peanut butter chip cookie that same way as the chocolate chip one. You just switch out the chocolate chip for peanut butter chips. Also you just add some coca powder in the dough to make it chocolaty.
HAVE A GREAT THURSDAY!
