Hello Everyone, I'm back with another Tough it out Tuesday post. This month I'm giving you all a walking and weigh update. As some of you know at the begin of the year I was big in to running. Sadly every summer running get put on the back burner. I have no idea why this happen.
Even tho I haven't been running. I have still been very active. I do a lot of walking. I get a total of 90,000 Steps in a week. How I keep track of my step is. I use a Garmin Vivofit. Which I have been using the Vivofit for a year now. I over all like this step tracker over the fitbit. For many reason's.
You might be wondering how I get so many step in a week. Most of my step come from walking to and from work. Also when I have to run errands downtown. If I can easily walk to the place I need to go. Then I will.
Last month I earned a 15 pound lost badge on fitbit. Which so made my day. As of this month I'm have lost a total of 19.5 pounds. That is a total of 3.5 pounds lost from my last Tough it out Tuesday post. I still have 7.9 pounds to go to be at my goal weight. Which I can't wait.
On an non scale victory. Last week I was able to fit back in to my favorite dress pant again. Now I'm hoping that this year I will be able to fit back in to my favorite plaid skirt.
