Hello Everyone. I'm back with another tough it out Tuesday post. This month I'm showing you all what I eat in a day with 30 weight watcher points. I have been doing weight watcher for 3 month now and have been really enjoying the programs. With this program I was able to loss the rest of the weight I needed to lose to hit my goal weight. I'm now using the program to maintain my weight.
