Happy Tuesday Everyone. It's the last week of April so that mean it times for a Tough It Out Post. This month has been a rough month for me eating wise. Since I have been doing a lot of stress eating. Due to I have a huge move coming up. Which you will hear about next week. Even though this month I have gain some weight back. I'm trying not let it get to me.
Last month Ant order me the new Alta Fitbit. Since I was having issue with my Garmin Vivofit syncing with my weight watcher app. Also my Garmin wasn't tracking my sleep right either. On Thursday of last week. My new Fitbit came in the mail. Which I was super excite about.
So far I have really have been enjoying the Alta Fitbit. For one it a lot smaller then my Garmin. Which you can see from the picture. Plus it looks a lot nicer. Since I have only have had it for 5 days so far. I can't tell you a lot about it.
I can tell you that the Fitbit does track my sleep way better then the Garmin. Plus it has this cool feature that it vibrates on your wrist when you haven't gotten 250 steps in with an hour. Which Garmin has a feature like that but it only gave your a red bar.
The Alta Fitbit also vibrates when you hit your step goal. When you get a text and a phone call. Plus when you add something to the calendar. Which Ant and me share an iPhone calendar. So I get alert every time he adds something to it.
Also another feature of the Alta Fitbit is it has silent alarms on it. Which you can set. This feature is great for me. Since I work on the weekend and my normal alarm. All ways wakes Ant up.
