Happy Monday Everyone! Since it a new month. That mean its time for another monthly recipe. Today I’m sharing with you all one of my Holiday must have. Which is a green bean casserole. In my family for every Thanksgiving and Christmas. We would have a green bean casserole as a side dish.
Growing up my dad would always make this dish for us at the holiday time. What is nice with this side dish is its super easy to make. Which if you have been reading my blog for sometime. Then you know I’m all about easy recipes.
For this recipe you can use fresh or can green beans. Which I normal use French green beans when I make this dish. This time around I used whole green beans. Since that what I had on hand. Also this time around I ran out of the fried onions.
So therefor I end up using Cheesy Fried Onion. Since that what I had on hand. This dish turn out amazing. It was actually better then normal. Everyone in the family loved this dish. I will be making this side dish again for Christmas. When all my in laws are in town.
