Hello Everyone! If you have been reading my blog. Then you know I'm try to loss my baby weight. Which I gained a total of 60 pounds during my pregnancy. Right now I'm down a total of 37.9 pounds down. I have been keeping tracking what I have been eating. Plus making better food choice. I'm not lowing my calories or anything. Due to I'm breastfeeding.
So today I thought it would be fun to do a what I eat in a day post. Since I haven't done one of these post is a while. All the food list here today. Was what I ate on February 23rd, 2018. Beside watching what I eat. I go out and walk 2 miles. When the weather is nice outside.
