During the day I only drink water. That why you see no drinks with my food. Also my chili bowl had more chili in it then what is pictured. I almost at the whole bowl. Then realized I needed to take a photo of it.
Happy Wednesday Everyone! Today I’m here with another what I eat in a day post. Since I haven’t done one of these post since August. Which a lot has change since then. I no long track my food intake. So therefor I have no idea how much calories I’m actually eating during the day.
I also stopped weighting my food out as well. I’m pretty much just eat whatever I want to. Which you might be thinking Amy isn’t that a bad thing to do. Since you lost 60 pounds and want to maintain your weight. Well surprising. Since I have stop weighing my food and tracking it. I have still mange to loss weight.
Which for this year I just want to maintain my weight. I’m currently sitting at 128.6. Which is below my goal weight of 135. Which if I happen to lose 3 more pounds. I will be back to what I weight 3 years ago which was 125. Which was the weight I was when I left Germany.

Goals for 2019
Try to get 10,000 Steps in each day. I have already change my goal in my fitbit app~ So far only have been get 4 to 2 days out of the week. That I have been hitting my step goal.
Maintain my weight. To not go over 135. ~ So far doing good with this goal.
