Happy Friday Everyone! I’m back with another easy crock-pot meal. If you have been reading my blog for a few month now. Then you know I’m obsessed with using my crock-pot. Specially when Ant is out of town.
It so easy for my to throw some ingredient in to the crock-pot and let it cook for 8 hours on low. While I’m at work. Then when I come home from work. Dinner is done for baby girl and me. Which I made this meal on Monday.
Which not only was it a tasty meal. It also came in super hand. I was supposed to work a 7 hour day that day but ended up only working an hour and 40 minutes. Since baby girl got sick at daycare. So to have a meal ready like this to came home to. After a long afternoon at the drs. and having to clean up blowout diaper. Plus throw up.
I just put the meat on a Hawaiian bun and for a side we had corn hushpuppies. This meal was quick and easy. Plus super tasty.
HAVE A GREAT FRIDAY!
