Happy Wednesday Everyone! I back with a weight update. This monthly I’m doing a what I ate in a day post. Since it has been a few month. Since I did my last post like this. Just like the last post. I’m not tracking what I eat in a food app. I’m also not tracking calories or anything like that.
I’m just eating what make me feel happy. Which I have been maintain my weight at 125 for the last 4 months. Which I’m super happy about. I have gain a little bit of weight the last couple of months but it hasn’t been much. Which I have been losing what little weight I have been again. I have been sitting at 125 to 126.
My goal weight after having baby girl was to be 135. My all time goal weight has been 125. Which I have manger to get there and sat there. Which is awesome. Since one of my new year resolution was to maintain weight.
