Happy Friday Everyone! I have dropped the ball on my month weight loss post. I haven’t done one since August. So instead of try to do 4 individual month. I decide to just do a end of the year update for you all.
In 2019 I lost a total of 8.3 pounds and a total of 2.5% of body fat. Which puts me at a total of 68.3 pounds lost since 2017. In 2019 I made a new year resolutions to stay under 135. Which I happy to tell you all I was successful at doing that.
I ended up weighing in at 126.7 on December 31st, 2019. For this year 2020 my goal is to try to get to my all time goal weight of 125 and stay there. I will update you all in 6 month on how I’m doing. Since I don’t see myself doing monthly weight update any more. I do a month post on my Instagram about my weight. So you can always follow me there to see how I’m doing.
As for my step goal. I get 10,000 or more steps in a day. At least 5 times a week. I normally don’t get my step goal in on my days off. On those days I end up getting only around 6,000.
