Ingredients
1 corned beef brisket (3-4lbs)
3 cloves garlic
2.5 - 3 cups water
2 lbs potatoes , peeled & quartered
2 large carrots , chopped
1 small head of cabbage , cut into wedges
Instructions
Place corned beef and seasoning packet in to the bottom of crockpot.
Pour water into slow cooker until it just about covers the corned beef. Add garlic.
Cook on low 8-10 hours.
After the initial 3 hours, add potatoes, cabbage and carrots to the crockpot.
Remove corned beef from slow cooker and let rest 15 minutes before slicing. Serve with potatoes, carrots and cabbage.
Happy Wednesday Everyone! I was going to do my cost per wear post but didn’t have time to type it up. So instead I’m sharing with you all my corn beef recipe. Which I make this recipe every St. Patrick day. Since ant will only let me cook corn beef once a year.
Since he not a fan of it. Last year baby girl wasn’t a fan of it but this year she loves it. Also might have to do with the fact I have been buying corn beef at the store to make sandwiches with.
