Hello Everyone! I’m here today with an weight update. The last time I did an weight update was in April. Which not much has change from then. My weight keeps going up and down but over all. I have been maintaining to keep my weight under 135. Which was my main goal weight after having baby girl.
My new goal weight is 125. Which I haven’t been able to get there. I did get down to 125 last year but I didn’t mange to stay there. Since I had a lot of thing happen last year. Like my husband deploying for 2 month. Then the passing of my mom. This year hasn’t been any better so far. With family member getting sick and the whole covid 19 going on. So therefor my stress level has been all over the place. Which doesn’t help my eating habits at all.
As of last week. I started doing a low carb diet. Which so far I have seen a difference in my mood. I also went back to tracking my food in my fitness pal. Which I had stop doing in November of 2018. Which tracking my food make a huge difference as well.
In other health and fitness news. My fitbit verse had broke. Which my Fitbit was 5 days past the year warranty. Lucky fitbit was nice and went head a replaced it for me for free. Since they no longer are carry the versa. They sent me the versa 2. Which is an upgrade for me. So far I have been loving the bigger displace and they features on it.
Since October of 2017 to now I have lost a total of 67.8 pounds. I need to lose 2.1 pounds to be at my goal weight of 125. Which hopefully I can do soon. I know the low carb diet and tracking my food will help me get there.
