Happy Friday Everyone! I'm back with an weight and fitness update. The last one I did was in August. Not to much has change with my weight. Since my last update. One thing that has change is I started working out again.
When I first start to work out again. In August I was only working out 2 days out of the week. Then I worked my way up to 3 days again. Until I got to working out 6 days out of the week. Which is what I have been doing now. The work out plan I’m doing is Apple Fitness. Which it hit, yoga, strength and core.

Since I have added working out to my routine again. I have been feeling amazing. Pus haven’t been worrying about my weight so much. I did have to go out and buy some smaller jeans. Since my size 4 jeans are becoming a little big. When I wear them. I have to wear a belt.
