Happy Monday Everyone! It been two years since I last did a what I eat in a day post. Which not too much has changes since I made that post. One big thing that has change is I stop drinking soda. Which is huge accomplishment. I literally just drink coffee and water for the most part.
On this day I treated myself to frosted lemonade for chick fil a. If you haven’t had one of these drinks. Go and get your self one. On the weight front not much has changed. This month I’m almost down to my goal of 125. Which we will see what I’m sitting at the end of the month.
Overall I’m happy I have gotten rid of my pregnancy weight and have been able to keep it off. I actually weigh less now then I did before baby girl.
