Happy Monday Everyone! Today I’m back with another weight loss update. If you have been reading my blog you then know. My goal weight was to get to 125. Which I didn’t end up getting to. I actually haven’t gotten to that goal weight in a long time. So there for I’m changing my weight loss goal to 130. Which is what my current weight is.
I ened 2021 at 131. Which mean I gain a Toal of 3 pounds for the year. If you break that down by month. It was a gain of .25 gain each month. Overall the me that not bad. Specially since I have lost a total of 59.5 pounds. Since have baby girl. I have been super lucky to be able to maintain my weight the last 4 years. Which is amazing to me.
Of course a lot of that maintain my weight came in to diet and excised. I 2021 I was able to work out a total of 173 time. Those workouts were walking, running, hit, yoga and strength training. I’m so happy to have a good workout routine going since September for 2021. I might not work out for long but those 10 to 30 minutes a day. Truly make me feel better about myself.
For my next weight up date. I plan on doing a what I eat in a day post. Which I haven’t done in a long time. As for my diet right now. I eat eggs for breakfast with a side of meat. On my early morning I will do 2 packs of oatmeal. For lunch I eat whatever we ate the night before. Dinner with normal some kind of meat with a side of vegetable or pasta. It all depends on what we have on the weekly menu. Which I will go over all of that in my what I eat post.
