Happy Friday Everyone! Today a little different post. I haven’t done a what I ate in a day post. Since May 2021. So therefor I thought it would be fun to do on. On this day January 18th. I had an early morning work shirt. Which mean I have to be at work at 7am. So therefor I wake up at 4:45 but most day don’t make it out of bed until 5am.
Once I wake up. I hit the shower and get dress. After I’m ready for the day. I go and tell baby girl. It time to get up. Then I head downstair to make my lunch and breakfast. On these early morning. I don’t have time to cook my normal eggs. So therefor I just eat something quick. This day it was a bagel with some strawberries. That were going bad. After I eat breakfast. I go and get baby girl up and ready for school. Then we are out the door.
For my lunch on any giving day its leftover dinner from the night before. I hardly ever buy lunch. We typical don’t eat out that much any more. Sometime we might eat out once a week but then we have week we don’t eat out. On this day I ate leftover meatloaf with some Broccoli. I also had a yogurt. Which I eat a yogurt every work day. So five yogurt a week.
There is alway some sort of food in are break room at work. On this day it was chocolate chips cookie. So therefor I had two of them as a snack. After work around 4pm. I throw some rice in the rice cooker. Which take and hour and 5 minutes to cook. As the rice is cooking I do a 30 minute workout.
After my workout I will make dinner. This night it was pork and the rice. This has become a go to dinner on they days that I work early. Since it so easy to make. Baby girl won’t eat the pork with the rice on it. So therefor I just sat some pork aside. Before I add the sauce on it. After dinner we had some carrots. Which most night after dinner we might have a treat but since I had a treat after lunch. I went with a healthier treat After are snack. I don’t eat anything else until the next morning.
Each day is different depending on my work schedule. Some most morning I will eat eggs and some meat. Then the leftover dinner and whatever we have for dinner. Also most days I try to workout before work. Unfortunately the day I have to work early. I workout after work. Due to I’m not waking up super early.
This routine has been working out super well for me. As of last month. I lost 4 pounds. I’m currently under my goal weight of 130. Which makes me super happy. Since my all time goal was to get to 125 but I don’t see that happening. So I will take the weight of 128 as of today.
