Happy Friday Everyone! I’m back with an update weight and fitness back. Since the last one I did was in February. Since my last weight update. I was sitting at 128 in February. As of today I’m sitting at 131.6. Which I’m not mad at all. Since I know I have gained muscle. From working out.
Plus my goal weight is 130 this time around. Instead of 125. If I can get to 125 then that’s awesome. Right now I’m just forcing on staying around 130. Since trying for this goal. I have been feeling amazing. I haven’t change my diet up in any way.
I’m still eating junk food and other not so good food for you. What I’m trying to do is stick to a high portion and low carb diet. With eating around 2,000 calories. Since I do at least 30 to 40 minutes of working out a day. I also have been working out 7 days a week.
Some weeks I do get myself a break and only work out 6 days. Overall since I started working out hard core in September of 2021. I have been feeling amazing. Down below you will see my process that I have made with working out and eating health for the most part. Also one thing I did do is go back to tracking what I eat in Myfittness pal. That way I know how much calories I’m eating in a day.
In a few month I will do another update. To see where I’m sitting at but so far. I’m loving the progress that I have made. On a side note when we were in Florida I didn’t work out that much. Mainly due to when I told baby girl I was going to work out. She told me mommy we aren’t at home. So therefor I only got two good working out in.
