Happy Friday Everyone! I’m back with another what I eat in a day post. This time around. I’m showing you all what I eat on a day off. On this day it was August 21st. Which was a Sunday.
On that Sunday morning we woke up and Ant made over easy egg over ham. After breakfast I cleaned up the kitchen and the did my daily work out. After my work out I had a snack. Once I was done with my snack I moved on the cleaning the house up some. Plus washed some clothes. Then before I knew it was lunch time.
Since we didn’t have any buns in the house. I ate my sausage without a buns. Which is something I do often. Since I try not to eat a lot of bread products. Once lunch was over. We did some yard work.
Then we came back in the house and had some grapes for a snack. Then I played with baby girl for a bit. Then made stuff pepper for dinner. After dinner was over I cleaned the kitchen again and had a sweet snack. That night we had a movie night. So therefor we had some popcorn to go with it.
We watch Purple Heart on Netflix and it was such a great movie. Since watching I have been listening to the music on repeat. Overall for this day I had 1,945 Calories. Which I went over my calories by 50 this day. Some day I do a good job not going over my calories and then there other day. I blow my calories. It all about balance.
