Happy Wednesday Everyone! I’m back with another weight and fitness update. After I had baby girl. I used to do these every month. Then I stopped during every month update. To every other month and then from there. It prolong to more month. Now I just do them when I feel like it.
Which lately seem like every other month. Last month I did a what I eat in a day post. Which I plan on doing another one of them soon. Showing you all what I eat on a day off from work. Which is totally different from my work days.
If you been reading my blog. Then you already know that I started working out every day in September 2021. When I first started out. I was using Apple Fitness. In May of 2022 we got Tonal and I have been using it ever since. Plus going on 1 to 2 miles walks 5 to 6 days a week.
As for my weight I have been sitting any ware from 130 to 133. My goal weight is to be 130 but I would love to be 125. Which I did get down to last year but haven’t gotten close to it this year. Over all I doesn’t brother me. Since I have started to see a huge change in my body. I have started to get muscle and toning up in place. I have never been toned it. Which I absolutely love.
As you can see from above March and May weren’t good month for me. The reason for that is I was eating way to much junk food and drinking soda. As of today I haven’t been eating mush junk food. I do have it.. Specially when their cake around. Then I’m having two piece. I have officially Gaven up soda. So far I have gone over a month without it.
