Happy Wednesday Everyone! I’m here today to share my weight update with you all. Since the last time I did one of this post was in August of 2022. Well since then a lot has change. When I made that post I was sit at 130 to 133. My goal weight at the time was 130.
My all time goal at that time was 125. At that time when I made that post I thought I would never make it to 125. Well I have been working out for over a year now. Plus eat health 90% of the time. I’m happy to say as of today.
I’m sitting at 125.8. Which I’m super happy to get there. My goal for this year is to just maintain my weight. In 2022 I lost a total of 6 pounds. Which I had log 262 days of what I ate in Myfitness pal. I stopped tracking my food around thanksgiving and haven’t tracked it since.
Which make my life a little easy. I have come to term to know what works for me and my body. When you are on a health and fitness journey. It not about changing things for a week. It a lifestyle change. That you have to stick with. Since having baby girl I have lost 69 pounds in five year. Which it hasn’t been easy to loss the weight and keeping it.
It’s been true will power. Which I’m happy that I have the will power to do so.
