Happy Friday Everyone! I back with another weight and fitness post. I haven’t done one of these post in two month. Which not much has happen. Beside I have gain a little weight. I’m currently sitting at 128.2. Which is up 2.4 pounds from February.
In February I was training for a new job. With a set work schedule. So therefor my eating and working out schedule was on point. After training for the new job. I went back to my old job with a crazy all over the place schedule. Plus I started to eat more junk food. Since Ant keeps buying huge muffin from Sam’s Club and Costco. Which sweet are my weakness. So there for a gained some weight. Which I’m not worried about my weight gain at all.
I just wish my co-worker wouldn't asked if I’m pregnant when I do gain weight. That is one reason why I hate to be 130 pounds. Since I carry my weight in my stomach. The good news is I officially got my new job. So therefor I will be going back to living my life like a normal person with a set work schedule. Which I know will help me out. So next time I write on of these post. I will be back down to my goal weight of 125.
When those I’m sitting at my heaviest weight as of now. I’m super happy of were I have come from. 19 month ago this girl could barely lift a 5 pound weight over her head. I’m currently bench pressing 21 pounds which is huge. I’m also doing barbell squat with 44 pounds. Which is another huge win for me. I’m currently working out 7 days a week. In the morning I do a 20 minute workout. Then in the afternoon/evening I have been working 1 to 2 miles.
Overall I’m more confident in my body than I have ever been. I can’t wait to rock more crop top and biker short this summer. If you want to get on a journey like this. Just start out small and then go for it. Trust me you will feel so much better.
