Happy Monday Everyone! I’m back with a what I ate in a day post. I haven’t done one of these in 8 months. The last time I did this kind of post. I was counted calories and logging all of my food. In November of 2022. I gave up on the tracking of my food. Now my husband tracks all of his food.
He went out and got a lumen device. Which give him a score after he use it. With that score it will tell you if you are having a high carb, medium carb or a low carb day. So after we get the score and it tell him what kind of day it is. We then will plan are food out for the day.
Which at first it was hard for me to do. Since I like to preplan my food out but we have been doing it for about a month now. Since we have been doing are eating and meal planning this way. I have actually have lost weight and almost back to my goal weight of 125.
As of today I’m at 125.9. Which is 2.3 pounds low then I was the last time I wrote a weight/fitness update in April of this year. The next time I make another what I eat in a day post. Will be a work day one. Since I started my new job I have a set work schedule. Which has been awesome for me.
