First Weight Update for 2024

Happy Friday Everyone! I’m here today to share my weight update with you all. Since the last time I did one of this post was in October of 2023. Well since then a lot has change. When I made that post I was sit at 134. My weight today is the same. My goal weight at this time is 130. I have gave up on getting to 125.

I today post I’m going to be recapping part of 2023. In 2023 I hit my apple fitness challenge for every month. Which that is awesome and meant a lot to me. Since this was the first year I did it. In 2023 I ended up gaining a total of 9.5 pounds. In 2022 I lost 3.9 pounds. I’m not mad at all about the weight gain.

2020 vs 2024

Since I have tone up a lot. I have seen a huge change in my body over the year. Special last year. I went from not working out. To now going on almost 3 years of working out. I’m not longer hating my body like I did in the past.

December 2022 vs December 2023

I have been loving my body and the changes I have made to it. I know by keeping this up. I will be on this earth for awhile. Which Is what I have to be. Down below you are going to see a picture from 2012 in that photo I weighted 135.

2012 vs 2023

In a 11 years. I’m sitting at 134 and you can see the huge difference I have made. I’m not sure how much fitness and weight post I will make this year. Since I only made a total of 5 of these post in 2023.

Please let me know in the comment if you like these type of post. That way I can make more of them. I do plan on doing a what I eat in a day post. Since it has been almost 4 month since I have made a post like that.
