Happy Friday Everyone! I’m back with an update. The last one I did was in February. Since January. I gain back the weight that I lost. I’m not going to lie February was a bad eating month for me.
Since we had a lot of going away party. Which means there was a lot of cake around and I’m a sucker for cake. In March I went on vacation and ate a lot of food. Over all I have been feeling great.
I’m almost at my two year mark of working out of Tonal. Which is a huge deal for me. I have been working out 5 days a week. Minus for when I got sick or on vacation. In September I will hit 3 year of working out and eating right.
Right now I’m sitting at 138. Which I’m working my way back down to 135. Then work my way to 130. I heard a thing the other day and it said not to have a goal weight. To be the weight you feel good at. Which I total agree with this.
