Happy Monday Everyone! Today I’m back with another weight loss update. If you have been reading my blog you then know. My goal weight was to get to 125. Which I didn’t end up getting to. I actually haven’t gotten to that goal weight in a long time. So there for I’m changing my weight loss goal to 130. Which is what my current weight is.

Happy Monday Everyone! It been two years since I last did a what I eat in a day post. Which not too much has changes since I made that post. One big thing that has change is I stop drinking soda. Which is huge accomplishment. I literally just drink coffee and water for the most part.

I will be dropping some weight and then by the middle I have added it back on. So for the most part its just up and down.

Happy Monday Everyone! Today I’m sharing with you all my weight loss journey. I have been on this journey for the last 3 years. In those last three year I have lost a total of 38.8 pounds. Saddly this year I didn’t actully lose any weight. I was very shock to see that the weight I did gain for 2020 was only 1.3 pounds. Which is surprisingly good.
